Who We Are

JS Culinary Group is a New York City–based culinary education and wellness organization dedicated to nourishing minds, bodies, and communities through food.

Founded by chef and educator Justin Simmons, we specialize in hands-on culinary education, workplace dining, and community-centered experiences rooted in health, culture, and equity. Our work bridges kitchens, classrooms, and communities using food as a tool for learning, connection, and well-being.

We partner with schools, organizations, and businesses to deliver programs and experiences that are engaging, inclusive, and impact-driven. From standards-aligned in-school programs to thoughtfully prepared workplace dining and community events, every offering is designed with intention, flexibility, and care.

At our core, we believe food is more than nourishment; it’s a shared language that can educate, empower, and bring people together.
